Attorney Chesley Oriel is a former claims adjuster for a Nationally known insurance company and has handled all kinds of accident cases. He has been practicing law in Massachusetts for over forty years, handling thousands of cases and appearing in District Court, Superior Court, Federal District Court in Boston, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Oriel makes home and hospital visits to accommodate the needs of his clients.
 

Melissa Levine-Piro

Melissa Levine-Piro is the founder and manager of Levine-Piro Law, P.C. Melissa handles all kinds of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction, products liability and medical malpractice. She is a 2017-2018 national fellow for the American Bar Association, Law Practice Division and sits on Massachusetts’ Continuing Legal Education Practice Management Curriculum Advisory Committee. Melissa also serves as a Selectman for the Town of Maynard. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, MA Academy of Trial Attorneys, and Women’s Bar Association. Melissa has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2015. Melissa is responsive to all her clients’ needs; she is available to meet with clients at their home, hospital, or at her office.
 

Christopher Wurster

Christopher Wurster practices in the areas of employment law, personal injury, and other civil litigation. Chris handles discrimination and harassment cases, wage and hour disputes, misclassification claims, and other types of employment cases. In addition, Chris advises small businesses on compliance with employment laws. He frequently drafts and reviews employee handbooks, non-competition agreements, and separation agreements, to name a few.

In addition, Chris represents accident victims in all kinds of personal injury claims, including car accidents, slip and fall, and more. After graduating from Northeastern University School of Law in 2010, Chris practiced disability law, first at Greater Boston Legal Services, and later at one of the preeminent Veterans Law firms in the country.Prior to law school, Chris obtained his B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University in 2002, then worked as a paralegal for firms in New York and Boston. In total, he has been in and around the law since 2002.

While at NUSL, Chris interned for a federal judge, the Honorable Patti B. Saris at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Chris is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Federal District Court, and the Court of Appeals for Veterans’ Claims and accredited with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Chris is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. Chris has been with Levine-Piro Law since 2015. In addition to his practice at LPL, Chris is also a part-time lecturer in the LLM program at Northeastern University School of Law.
 

David Goldberg

Attorney David Goldberg graduated from Syracuse University in 2001 and thereafter David attended the University of Miami School of Law from which he received his J.D. in 2004.He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December, 2004. He is also admitted to practice in the Massachusetts State and Federal Courts. Attorney Goldberg has a broad background of litigation experience. He provides his clients with responsive and effective results.
